Eneko is an associate in our Corporate team based in Madrid. He has advised listed and unlisted companies in a number of domestic and cross-border deals, including private equity and M&A transactions, joint ventures and restructuring transactions in different sectors, such as life sciences, education and infrastructure.

Eneko has been recognised by Best Lawyers in the Inaugural Edition of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for Spain, in the Corporate and M&A practice, and has collaborated as a lecturer at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (UC3M).
