Elizabeth specializes in U.S. finance and restructuring with over 30 years of experience on a broad range of finance transactions for financial institutions and corporations through all phases from origination through workout, restructuring and bankruptcy. Her experience covers syndicated secured and unsecured lending, asset-based lending, acquisition finance, subordinated debt, structured finance, letters of credit and other bank finance transactions.

She is a Fellow of the American College of Commercial Finance Counsel and a Life Fellow of the American Bar Foundation and is noted for her contributions to understanding and education on cross-border issues in the loan market and with respect to legal opinions.
