Dov represents clients in intellectual property matters, with a focus on patent and trade secret disputes. Dov has represented clients in patent infringement, Hatch-Waxman, and trade secret misappropriation, as well as in proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board and the International Trade Commission.
Dov also counsels clients with respect to various intellectual property issues, including IP licensing and transactions, due diligence, and freedom-to-operate. Dov has experience with a wide range of technologies, including, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, catalytic converters, lithium ion batteries, printers, telecommunications, and computer software.
Dov has a background in biology. He earned his B.A. in biology from Brooklyn College and worked at the NYU Langone Medical Center where he studied liver and pancreatic cancers. Dov then earned his J.D. at Fordham University School of Law where he was a member of the Brendan Moore Trial Advocacy Center and the Intellectual Property, Media, and Entertainment Law Journal. While in law school, Dov worked as an extern for Judge LeShann DeArcy Hall at the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
