Diana is a banking and finance lawyer who advises clients on a range of transactions and products, with a focus on real estate and fund financing. She has extensive experience in representing both lenders and sponsors in complex and cross-border deals. She also advises institutional clients on loan and guarantee products under various EU mandates.
Diana joined Allen & Overy in 2017 and has over 10 years of experience in the field. She spent six months on secondment with a European institution in 2020, where she gained in-depth knowledge of the European debt products and intermediaries transactions. Before that, she worked for another leading law firm in Luxembourg, where she developed her skills in general banking and finance matters.
Diana is qualified to practice law in Luxembourg and Romania and speaks English, French, Romanian and Russian.
