David specialises in securities law, banking and debt capital markets regulation. He advises clients on structured finance transactions, including securitisation and fiduciary structures, structured products and placements and buy-backs of securities.

David also advises on listing and admission to trading of securities on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and any on-going obligations deriving from such listings.

He joined Allen & Overy in 2021.
