David is an associate in our International and Latin America Capital Markets group based in our São Paulo office. David has experience in advising U.S., Brazilian and International issuers and underwriters in a wide range of public and private securities offerings. David has also advised Latin American companies on various corporate matters, including SEC reporting obligations.
He also has experience in representing certain individuals and corporations in internal investigations and white-collar matters, and in assisting on cross-border commercial negotiations.
David has represented and worked with clients from various industries, including technology, energy, banking and industrial goods sectors.
