Cristina provides assistance to major investment banks as well as corporate entities on a wide range of debt capital markets transactions, including programmes establishment and maintenance, standalone and drawdown bond issuances and private placement issuances. She also assists clients on the establishment and maintenance of commercial paper programmes as well as hybrid capital transactions and liability management exercises. Cristina has gained experience in sustainable finance, assisting in green bond, social bond and sustainability-linked bond issuances.
