Bas is a member of our Amsterdam corporate team, specialising in corporate law and M&A transactions. His experience includes advising corporate and private equity clients on public M&A, (cross-border) private acquisitions and disposals and corporate governance.
He also gained relevant experience in the corporate litigation department in Amsterdam, where he focused on post-M&A disputes and corporate governance advice. Bas joined Allen & Overy in May 2019 after obtaining his LL.M. degree in Jurisprudence and Philosophy of Law from Leiden University.
