Anne-Sophie is an associate within the Corporate practice group in Amsterdam. She focuses on corporate law in a broad sense, advising on and co-ordinating complex domestic and cross-border M&A transactions which includes acquisitions and disposals for both corporate and private equity clients and general (commercial) contract law.

Prior to joining the corporate department, Anne-Sophie worked in the corporate litigation department for 2 years, where she was engaged in dispute resolution, with an emphasis on corporate litigation, directors' liability and shareholder activism/battles. In 2019, Anne-Sophie graduated from the University of Amsterdam and joined Allen & Overy later that year.
