Aloysius has over 15 years of experience advising on finance and capital markets transactions and his practice is focused on debt and equity capital markets in Singapore as well as across the Asia-Pacific region. He has worked in Hong Kong, Tokyo and Singapore and on many high profile and innovative transactions in the Asia-Pacific Region. He has substantial experience advising financial institutions, corporates and trustees for a broad range of capital market instruments including CNY-denominated debt products, corporate hybrid instruments, bank regulatory capital, medium term note programmes, sukuks, and equity-linked products, including convertible bonds, exchangeable bonds and pre-IPO convertible instruments. He also advises on bond restructurings, tender offers, exchange offers and consent solicitations.
