Pro-bono experience
- Assisting a Law Access Referral client, in relation to a contractual dispute over the purchase of shares in mining equipment. Proceedings were commenced in the WA District Court prior to a mediated settlement.
- Providing advice and representation to a Law Access Referral client, in relation to a Dangerous Dog Declaration against the client's Scottish Terrier. Proceedings were commenced in the WA State Administrative Tribunal prior to a negotiated settlement.
- Providing research assistance to a human rights charity on reported treatment and applicable legislation for child refugees signatory jurisdictions to relevant UN Conventions.
