A&O retains Stonewall Top Global Employer status

The list recognises organisations for their efforts and commitment to creating welcoming environments for their lesbian, gay, bi and trans staff. Organisations are scored against a set of standardised criteria, which includes ensuring global HR policies are inclusive of LGBTQ+ people everywhere they work, as well as supporting safe travel for staff across the world.
