Allen & Overy boosts IP practice in Germany with hire of Anna Wolters-Höhne

Anna’s career has spanned almost 20 years, and her expertise covers patent infringement and preliminary injunction proceedings as well as patent damages proceedings before the German courts. She also covers compulsory licence cases and nullity actions before the German Federal Patent Court as well as opposition proceedings before the European Patent Office. She regularly coordinates international patent disputes and advises clients from the innovative pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Based in Hamburg, Anna will also guide clients on proceedings at the Unified Patent Court (UPC).
