Our cross-border team in London, Brussels and Luxembourg has advised PAI Partners on its EUR620m TLB financing in connection with the acquisition of a majority stake in Infra Group, a multi-disciplinary network infrastructure services provider.
Headquartered in Belgium, Infra Group is a leading player in infrastructure services across Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands, and France, with over EUR750m annual revenues and more than 3,000 highly skilled technical staff. PAI Partners will become the largest shareholder in Infra Group, joining current investors ICG, Andera Partners and the management team led by Tom Vendelmans.
The London team advised on the financing aspects and was led by partner Adam Zecharia and senior associates Yasmin Joharchi and Xinni Lim, assisted by Brussels partner Yves Van Pul and Luxembourg counsel Lukáš Vondřich.
