Allen & Overy advised EDF Renewables Poland, a leading international energy company, on its acquisition of a 50 MW battery energy storage project in Poland. The project supports EDF Renewables' strategy for energy transition and expansion in Europe.
The Allen & Overy team, led by Kamil, comprised key members of the Warsaw PENRI team: Antoni Roszkowski, Mateusz Kwolek, Paweł Grzesik and Julia Pytko.
