Allen & Overy has advised Altarea Investment Managers on the launch of its first SCPI: Alta Convictions. This first product benefits from the investment opportunities generated by the new real estate cycle, for the benefit of a high-performing and sustainable savings strategy.
Alta Convictions is an agile SCPI designed to invest in the attractive areas of the market, targeting mainly retail, schools and urban logistics at its launch.
