Jill Jovanka

As the Executive Assistant to the Managing Partner of the Jakarta office, my day-to day tasks are never boring and have always been exciting, challenging, and rewarding. To be successful as an LPA requires a strong sense of belonging, collaboration and willingness to learn and embrace new things both locally and globally. What I like the most about my current role is how diverse the work can be, and how A&O has really prioritized professional development. The fact that A&O is so well-connected globally; it pushes me even more to keep on improving.
