As one of the more junior lawyers in the Jakarta office, my work demands can sometimes be overwhelming. In order to balance my mental well-being and physical fitness, I really value our office’s iFlex policy, in which I can carry out work outside the office. I’ve set up a working space in the comfort of my own home which is a good investment as sometimes I need to work overnight for urgent matters. I find this more relaxing since I can always work in my pyjamas right after having a dinner with my beloved family at home…!
