We have one of the longest-established legal practices in the Hungarian market providing decisive solution-oriented advice in all of Allen & Overy’s major practice areas to a range of multinational and local corporate clients. To provide first class legal services, we need to have first class support. We choose people who show strong character, good interpersonal skills and the ability to speak and write fluent English.
Our departments
Business Services
There are many roles in the Business Services department ranging from reception, catering, print room, procurement and stationery, post delivery, archive management and building management.
Finance
The work of the Finance team is a key component of the success of the Budapest office. Our team has extensive experience and focusses on financial analysis, budget control, accounting and credit control.
Human Resources
We provide the full suite of HR services to our lawyers and staff. The team plays a critical role in the recruitment, management and retention of talent among both the lawyers and support staff at all levels.
IT
The IT department is responsible for maintaining Allen & Overy's IT infrastructure and implementing the global IT strategy. It provides a range of IT services including help desk and computer training to all staff.
Marketing & Business Development
Our Business Development and Marketing team work alongside our legal staff and play an intrinsic role in enhancing our reputation and driving the business forward. The team guides and supports the legal staff with their various business development initiatives, including pitch management and client targeting.
Working environment
We enjoy off-site weekends in the summer, a Christmas party and a variety of sport activities against other firms.
