Jennifer Cresswell

Jennifer is Counsel in the International Capital Markets Know-How & Training team.  She focuses primarily on general debt capital markets matters and has a range of capital markets experience. She is actively involved in various industry working groups on debt capital market issues, including the impact of the EEA prospectus and market abuse regimes and Brexit on the markets. Jennifer is a regular speaker on our internal and external training programmes and is responsible for maintaining our general debt capital markets standard form precedents.
