Harry specialises in structured and asset finance. His practice covers a wide range of sectors including, asset finance (with specialist expertise in the transportation and satellite markets), structured finance and leasing, export credit transactions, portfolio (including ‘metal’ assets, loan portfolios and platforms) trading and financings, secondary debt trading, aircraft repossessions and restructurings, M&A in the aviation industry, tax based debt and leasing structures and deals involving the capital markets.
