Angela is a partner and Head of Allen & Overy Belfast. Prior to heading our Belfast team, Angela was a partner in our Securitisation group for 19 years, working on many market leading transactions (including market firsts for the creation of UK covered bonds and UK master trusts). Angela is co-Global Head of our Financial Institutions Sector Group and she sits on a number of internal committees in the firm. She was a member of the global Allen & Overy Board from 2014-2018. She is interested in diversity and inclusion initiatives and developing innovation in the legal industry.
