Zuzana leads the Intellectual Property practice in Bratislava. She has experience advising on various IP issues, including domain name recovery, licensing, software, anti-counterfeiting, electronic commerce and IP aspects of commercial transactions. Zuzana also advises on data protection matters, including data transfers, outsourcing, cloud computing and compliance. She worked for three years as a legal advisor in the European Commission in Brussels where she handled issues related to the enforcement of intellectual property rights. Before joining Allen & Overy, Zuzana worked in the IP/technology department of an international law firm in Hong Kong. She is a member of the Anti-Counterfeiting Committee of ECTA (European Community Trademark Association).
