Mongezi is a counsel in the Global PENRI group and based in our Johannesburg office. He specialises in energy and infrastructure projects and has expertise in large scale utility and commercial power purchase agreements on the private and public sector sides.
Moreover, he has experience in public private partnerships (office accommodation, health, rail, municipal etc) from both, having advised the private sector in negotiating PPP agreements with government entities and also having advised and worked for government at a PPP unit. His expertise in project related mandates extends to drafting and negotiating project documents and financing documents.
