Hans-Joachim advises international banks, financial institutions, private equity firms and corporates in matters of German and cross-border banking and finance law transactions. His work particularly focuses on leveraged and acquisition financing, syndicated loans and restructurings.
Prior to joining Allen & Overy LLP as an attorney, he completed his legal clerkship in different international law firms in Frankfurt and Munich in structured finance and in acquisition finance. He also gained in-house experience in the legal Origination and Advisory Germany department of a leading German bank.
