Gareth specialises in mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, joint ventures and reorganisations. He has extensive experience advising clients across a range of sectors including life sciences, TMT, consumer/retail, oil and gas, and financial institutions.

He also has deep experience of advising on transactions in the Russian market having worked in our Moscow office from 2005 to 2008 and from early 2012 to November 2016.
