Eliana advises on all aspects of EU and Belgian competition law, across a wide range of sectors. She has advised a wide variety of clients on merger notifications to the European Commission and the Belgian Competition Authority, and has particular experience in dealing with complex / Phase II merger control cases.
She has also advised and assisted several clients in relation to cartel investigations by the European Commission and the Belgian Competition Authority. Eliana also advises on general EU law and has been involved in judicial proceedings before the EU General Court.
Eliana is the author of various legal publications focusing on competition law, such as an annual publication on the decisional practice of the Belgian Competition Authority.
