Christophe advises international and local (Luxembourg) companies in individual and collective employment law and has particular expertise in all matters related to staff representative bodies.
Christophe also has significant experience in drafting, amending and terminating employment contracts (including negotiating settlement agreements and conducting legal proceedings), as well as in employment law aspects of transactions – from due diligence audits to contract arrangements and the implementation of the transaction. He joined Allen & Overy in 2010.
