Alann Le Guillou is a corporate lawyer with more than 12 years of experience focusing on corporate law and capital markets. Alann has experience in advising investors and listed and non-listed companies on domestic and cross-border private and public mergers & acquisitions, joint-ventures, LBOs and other corporate law concerns.

Alann also assists both French and foreign issuers in private equity and stock exchange related transactions including tender offers, initial public offerings and issuing of equity and debt securities.

He joined our Luxembourg office in 2021 as Counsel in the Corporate and M&A team after spending 7 years as senior associate in the corporate and M&A practice of White & Case LLP in Paris and 18 months as Counsel in the corporate and M&A practice of Norton Rose Fulbright LLP in Paris.
