Allen & Overy advises Cegid on the acquisition of StorIQ

Allen & Overy has advised Cegid, a leading provider of cloud business management solutions for finance, human resources, CPAs, retail and entrepreneurial sectors, on the acquisition of UK company StorIQ, an in-store activity management platform.

This acquisition is a valuable addition to Cegid’s retail portfolio, thereby bolstering its position as leader in retail POS solutions in France and worldwide.
