He has specialised in this area for over 27 years, and has acted for many companies extending their employee share plans internationally.  Paul also advises on (i) the establishment, operation and tax implications of limited liability partnerships; (ii) the FCA's corporation governance and remuneration codes and the PRA's remuneration code.

He is a regular speaker at conferences and contributes to publications on employee share incentives. He is a member of the Share Schemes Lawyers Group.
