Our German M&A team advises industrial corporations, investment banks, insurance companies as well as non-profit organisations on all aspects of national and cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures, public takeovers, restructurings, management and leveraged buy-outs and related capital market matters, including regulatory and tax issues.

We support buyers and sellers at all stages of a transaction – from bid preparation and submission to negotiation, sign-off and close. We’re known for getting to the heart of the most complex issues, forming the right strategy and deal structure and minimising the risk.
