We provide ongoing or project related advice on German Stock Corporation Law including all ancillary areas such as capital markets law, German laws on co-determination or the Societas Europaea (SE). Being a trusted adviser of some of the largest companies in Germany, including several DAX 30 companies, our expertise derives from a well established and long-standing practise focussing mainly on listed companies.

We advise large listed companies including DAX and MDAX companies on annual general meetings, group reorganisations, capital market issues and integration measures as well as corporate governance and compliance issues.
