Sheila Fahy is a PSL Counsel in Allen & Overy's Litigation Employment team, where she provides expert guidance and support on a wide range of complex and sensitive employment law matters.

She has extensive experience in all aspects of discrimination and dignity at work, employment issues in financial services, whistleblowing and human rights in a workplace context. She also has a keen interest in the impact of technology, data protection and diversity in the future of work.

Sheila is renowned for her colourful blog writing, where she shares her insights and opinions on topical employment law issues, trends and developments, as well as her personal reflections on life as a lawyer and a working mother. She has a flair for creative design and delivery of workplace training, and is a regular contributor to Allen & Overy's publications, podcasts and events on employment law and related areas.
