Excess liquidity in CEE – borrowers continue to drive the lending market
Allen & Overy advised Penta Hospitals International on the EUR 150 million syndicated loan financing provided by eight banks.
The transaction spanned the entire CEE region which we were able to cover from our offices in Bratislava, Prague and Warsaw.
With more than 30 entities from Penta Hospitals International Group, we believe this transaction will create a strong platform for supporting the future growth of client’s healthcare operations and support the capabilities in the healthcare segment in the CEE region.
