Matúš specialises in in banking and finance transactions. He heads the loans department and co-heads the insolvency and restructuring department in our Bratislava office.
Matúš provides clients with inventive and practical approaches to address complex financing transactions. He has experience advising on various transactions including general corporate finance, leveraged finance, project finance, real estate finance and financial leasing.
He has advised clients during formal and informal solutions for the financial difficulties of debtors, including work-outs, formal restructurings and bankruptcies.
