Nina has a range of experience advising large and mid-sized private equity firms, pension funds and corporates on cross-border private M&A including leveraged buyouts, bolt-on acquisitions, disposals and co-investments.
She also leads on portfolio company legal work including MIPS, corporate reorganisations, and additional funding requests.
Nina has completed a client secondment with the legal team of an international alternative asset fund management group working on investment transactions, risk management, corporate governance, IPO related-matters, fund structuring and fundraising.
