Caroline advises clients on banking and international capital markets matters where she specializes in debt and equity capital markets transactions and stock exchange regulation.
Her area of practice includes IPOs and securities listings as well as ongoing obligations resulting from listings; placements of securities; buybacks and takeovers; exchange offers and consent solicitations. Prior to joining Allen & Overy in 2022, Caroline started her legal career in London and worked for almost 14 years in a major Luxembourg law firm.
