Adam advises on a range of structured finance transactions and has particular experience in domestic and cross-border leveraged buyouts. He is particularly proficient in advising borrowers and financial sponsors on leveraged finance transactions with a multi-jurisdictional component and is regarded by those clients as a highly credible practitioner in this field.
He has experience at all levels of the capital structure of these transactions, including bank/bond transactions, “cov-lite” and “cov-loose” loans, TLB, second lien, unitranche and PIK instruments.
Adam is qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales.
