The main innovations of the provision in the corporate field are at the center of the new episode of the A&O Italy podcast, the second which addresses the new Law on Capital Competitiveness.
The Italian Law on Capital Competitiveness aims to encourage the raising of capital on the market, both by encouraging the listing of new companies and by simplifying the rules applicable to companies already listed. Alessandra Pala, counsel of the International Capital Markets department, and Marco Biallo, senior associate of the Corporate department, talk about the most relevant changes for companies, from corporate governance and the holding of the shareholders' meeting of listed companies, to multiple and increased voting, up to measures adopted regarding small and medium-sized enterprises.
