On Thursday 22 April 2021, Allen & Overy Real Estate Finance partner Mark Manson-Bahr chaired a presentation and discussion on the “Commercial Real Estate Lending End of Year Report 2020” in conjunction with CASS Business School at City University.
He was joined by guest speakers Dr Nicole Lux (Project Director in Real Estate Lending Research at City University), Brian Coulton (Chief Economist at Fitch Ratings), and John Knowles (Head of National Capital Markets at Colliers).
The speakers provided an overview of the current real estate markets and the overall economy.
