A&O launches English law webinar series for Turkey, Russia and CIS

We are excited to announce the launch of our English law webinar series for Turkey, Russia and CIS. 

The series will cover a range of English law topics, as well as non-legal topics, including ESG and sustainability-linked loans, introduction to English law concepts, masterclass on credit agreements, loan negotiation, IBOR transition, Islamic finance, project finance, debt restructuring, financial covenants, legal tech as well as soft skills training.

This is a virtual series of one-hour seminars held monthly and aimed primarily at junior and mid-level in-house lawyers, bankers and corporate finance associates, although certain of the topics will likely also be of interest to those in more senior positions. The speakers will be a variety of partners and associates from across the A&O network.

While some emphasis is placed on the Turkish, Russian and CIS markets, many of the issues discussed will be equally applicable to emerging markets more generally and as such the webinars are open to all clients and potential clients of A&O.
