Cedric is joining us from our Tier 1 technology practice in Europe and has worked on numerous international projects in Europe, the US, the Middle East and Asia. His relocation to the Singapore office will strengthen our capacity in the region and enhance our ability to assist clients on complex technology work.

Over the years, Cedric has built up extensive experience on a broad range of legal issues arising from emerging technologies. He advises on the full range of technology related agreements including digital transformation projects, business process and IT outsourcing projects, cloud computing, software licensing and support agreements, software development projects and agreements for the implementation of ERP solutions and IP and technology aspects of M&A transactions, joint ventures and other collaboration agreements. Cedric also advises on disputes arising from aborted IT projects or software licensing audits, as well as on big data projects, data protection and cybersecurity issues.

Allen & Overy’s Asia Pacific technology practice is fully integrated with the firm’s global technology practice, providing client’s with seamless advice through a network of more than 40 offices. This means the firm can work with clients to find the best solution from the full range of options, rather than being constrained by geographic or technical limitations.
