Allen & Overy is advising Invesco, in connection with the issuance of a physically-backed Bitcoin Exchange Traded Notes (Bitcoin ETN) that are listed for trading on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (Invesco Physical Bitcoin; ISIN: XS2376095068). Invesco Digital Markets plc, based in Jersey, is the issuer of the ETN.

This is the first issuance of a physically-backed ETN linked to a cryptocurrency of the Invesco Group, one of the world's leading independent investment management companies.
