On a joint venture subsidiary of a group of sponsors, on the USD20bn project financing of the mega integrated Ichthys LNG project. The deal involved eight ECA’s and 24 commercial banks. The deal is the biggest project financing ever arranged in the international financial markets. On the acquisition of an approximate 15% interest in the Browse LNG Project from Woodside for USD2bn.
