Corporate Disputes (including "Post-M&A Proceedings")

We regularly advise and represent clients in corporate disputes. These include disputes after transactions have closed, e.g. based on (alleged or actual) breaches of warranty or on the range of pre-contractual disclosure obligations, as well as actions for avoidance and award proceedings.

Finally, we also handle a multitude of other proceedings based on corporate law, such as disputes among shareholders (including joint venture disputes) or D&O liability cases. In corporate disputes, we regularly benefit from our extensive experience in arbitration law since this is almost always used in "post-M&A proceedings" and increasingly also in other dispute situations mentioned here.
