The territorial scope of the insurance cover includes activities within the member states of the European Union.
Allen Overy Shearman Sterling LLP has also in place professional indemnity insurance led by Travelers Insurance DAC. This professional indemnity insurance covers Allen Overy Shearman Sterling LLP entities worldwide and extends to acts or omissions wherever in the world they occur.
