Vicki Liu

Vicki is Co-Head of our Global Banking Practice and Managing Partner of our Hong Kong office. She has experience in a broad range of banking and finance transactions throughout Asia Pacific. She has acted for banks and funds on a variety of structured debt financings, including acquisition finance transactions and hybrid debt and equity products such as pre-IPO financings and other forms of equity-backed financings. She also has experience advising on debt restructuring and has advised private equity funds and investments banks on distressed debt opportunities
