Daniel Shurman has a wide ranging derivatives, structured finance and capital markets experience. He specialises in: (i) equity financings (in particular strategic corporate equity derivative and structured repo and stock lending transactions), (ii) structured products giving exposure to all underlying asset classes, (iii) structured commodity financings, (iv) hedging transactions (including securitisation, covered bond and loan hedging) and (v) treasury products (including cash pooling, cash sweeping, interest optimisation and repos).

Daniel leads the firm's Brexit initiatives and is a member of the firm's Board.
