Chris heads the APAC Corporate and M&A team. He specialises in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and foreign direct investment in South East Asia. He has been advising on these transactions since 1996 (and in particular in ASEAN and India). Chris’ M&A experience covers many sectors including: Financial institutions, TMT, consumer and F&B, transport, infrastructure and energy.
