Jason heads Energy, Infrastructure and Projects in Singapore. He specialises in project development, project financing, acquisition financing and M&A, matters in the power (including renewables), oil & gas, petrochemical, infrastructure and telecoms sectors across Asia Pacific.

He also has significant general banking, structured finance, trade and commodity finance, Islamic Finance and securitisation experience. Jason advises on both the financing documents and the project contracts (including EPC, PPA, O&M, feedstock and offtake arrangements).

He regular acts for sponsors, project companies, procurers and a variety of lenders including ECAs, multilateral agencies and development financial institutions, fund financiers and commercial banks.
